David Martin

Builder

David is an enthusiastic, creative and passionate professional. With 12 years industry experience he is extremely conscientious and pays attention to detail. David strives for a great team relationship and working environment for clients and staff alike.

David is committed to using the latest in prefabricated technology and prides himself on incorporating passive solar design to create energy-efficient sustainable homes.

When David is not in the office, onsite or on the phone he likes to spend time with his wife and kids. Time to unwind is important and surfing the south Gippsland Coast is David’s way to replenish his energy and enthusiasm.

Bill McCorkell

Architect

Bill brings explosive talent to his work as an architect. His energy and enthusiasm for architecture, backed up by solid industry knowledge, captures the imagination of our clients.

Bill has worked in a number of national and international architectural practices on commercial, residential and institutional projects, the most notable being Federation Square in Melbourne. Bill's skills have been polished whilst a director of McCorkell Constructions from 2001 to 2007 and since a director of Techne Architects, Melbourne.

This all round experience across design, construction and development, offers to our clients a holistic perspective to their building experience. When Bill isn’t absorbed in thoughts of construction details or the effect of light in a space, he loves spending time with his young family.
