At the ArchiBlox introduction meeting we will show you a number of architecturally designed modular home options for your project. Your brief will be discussed and then developed to reflect your unique lifestyle, space requirements and prospective budget.

Client

1. Contact - Call us or send a website enquiry form “located on our contact page” with your initial enquiry.

2. Chat - First, we'll have a chat to determine the fundamentals you want for your home.

3. Meet. Greet. Discover. - We understand that your home is a reflection of you and your family so knowing a little about your lifestyle is an integral part of our consultation service.

4. Discuss - This discussion will inform a brief that reflects the way you live, your space requirements and prospective budget.

5. Open House - Rather than having a single display home, we're thrilled to showcase each installation upon its completion. We feel this accurately demonstrates just how diverse our range of projects is, and you'll delight in comparing schemes & fixtures. Please contact us for details of our current open house.

Characteristics

1. Site Inspection - Our second catch up will be on site. All sites are individual and present unique opportunities, climate, characteristics and constraints.

2. Your Brief - Our team will work with you to create a home that complements all these characteristics and your brief. This culminates in a design consultation.

3. Site Visit and Preliminary Design Cost - within 80km of Victoria $2250. Over 80km in Victoria between $2250 - $3000 depending upon location.

Remote and Interstate Cost - ArchiBlox offers our remote and interstate clients a unique design service for project inception. Our Architect will spend 36 hours on location with you to review your brief, visit the site, discuss numerous planning options and establish the design. Basically getting to know you, your site and establish everyone’s expectations. Price ranges from $3000 - $5000 depending upon location.

4. The Visual - A site plan, floor plans and complete 3D images are presented to help you visualise everything in those early days of conception to avoid unwelcome surprises.

5. Preliminary Project Cost - Your needs and the site’s attributes inform the design, which is then presented along with a quotation for sign off.

6. Required Authorities - We take care of relevant authorities such as town planning applications should they be required.

7. Select Materials - During the next consultation, materials, fixtures and fittings are all carefully chosen.

8. Final Detailed Drawings - We prepare the preliminary design and layout of built-in furniture and fittings with plans, elevations, and sections to be shown at next consultation.

Completion

1. Final Costings - Architectural drawings, specifications and the construction contract are then drawn up.

2. Construction Commences - Built in 12 - 28 weeks.

3. Regular Updates - The ArchiBlox team will contact you via phone and email with regular progress updates, including construction photographs.

4. Guided Inspections - Guided building inspections by our ArchiBlox supervisor will be conducted over the construction stage.

5. Project Handover and Introduction - ArchiBlox will conduct a handover of your new home and present you with your keys. Our unique service details the most effective ways to care for your new home and how best to maximise the efficiency of its sustainable features to bring your home to life.
